Annie Elsworthy Oppenheim Pinto Howard
Born 4 December, 1890 in Walworth (in the inner London borough of Southwark).
She acted under the name "Pauline Duke".
Annie died at age seventy-nine on 7 February, 1970, in Hove - the same town where Evelyn had killed himself twenty years previously.
